Business Setup in Abu Dhabi Airports Company

The Abu Dhabi Airports Company was established in 2006 and is a public joint-stock company, owned by the Abu Dhabi government.

Through careful strategic planning, ADAC has been responsible for a number of initiatives, which have driven the growth of Abu Dhabi’s aviation industry as part of the emirate’s Economic Vision 2030. ADAC manages five airports within the UAE: Abu Dhabi International Airport, Al Ain International Airport, Al Bateen Executive Airport, Delma Island Airport, and Sir Bani Yas Island Airport.

ADAC has also overseen the construction of the Midfield Terminal Complex at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Now in the final stages, this development will be the new crown jewel in ADAC’s extensive portfolio. ADAC’s subsidiary company, Skycity, developed Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone (ADAFZ), a key hub for international company formation in the aviation industry.
